Why: Clearing the cookies and cache on your Chrome browser can usually fix issues with sites not loading correctly.
How:
1. Open a tab in your Chrome browser.
2. Click the Menu button (three dots) in the upper right corner. Then, select Clear Browsing Data.
3. In this window, make sure the Time range says All time. Click the check boxes next to Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files. Then click the Clear data button, and the window will close once it has finished.
4. Finally, close the browser and restart your computer.
