Why: The first time you log into your Chromebook, it will force you to change your password. Please follow these directions to set up your Chromebook.
How:
- The first screen will be informational once the Chromebook is booted. Click Next.
The next screen will have the Classlink login fields. Remember that your Classlink login is your username, not your full email address.
Example student username: bas1234
You can use the one-time password you were given.
You will be forced to change your password the first time you log in.
Password Requirements:
12 characters
At least 3 of the 4 following criteria:
- Upper case letters
- Lower case letters
- Numbers
- Special Characters:
- One of the following: #$%^*()_+=[]|~!?.'
- Your password cannot contain any part of your username or birthday.
- Enter your new password. Confirm your new password. Select Submit.
Troubleshooting:
