Many issues can be resolved by running Windows updates. NOTE: You will need to be plugged into power and you will need to leave your laptop open during this process. Please follow these steps to update your laptop with the latest drives and security updates:
Click on Start
Click on the Settings Gear
Click on Windows Update
Click the blue "Check for updates" to make sure you get the latest updates available.
Click the "Download & Install" button
This process can take some time. Please be patient. A reboot will be required.
